Facility Request Form

New information for 2025-2026 nonprofit users: St. Peter welcomes our nonprofit users at a discounted donation rate. Those groups that are approved at the nonprofit discounted rate can either use the space for a fee of $75 per year or $25 if your organization completes a service project for the church. Approved groups will be sent a Signup Genius with a few proposed service projects in their confirmation email. Your group can sign up for one of those projects (first come, first serve) or propose a different project to be approved by church leadership. Monetary donations can be submitted by check to St. Peter UCC, 47 Church St, Lake Zurich, IL 60047 or electronically at https://tithe.ly/give_new/www/#/tithely/give-one-time/875118.
