Prayer – whether individual or communal - is an important way in which we connect to, and communicate with, God. It is how we share our requests and concerns with God, and also how we worship and give thanks for all of God’s blessings.

ACTS of Prayer

On a weekly basis (typically on Tuesday afternoons), members of St. Peter United Church of Christ gather together in the Fireside Room to pray. In addition, many individuals who are unable to attend these weekly gatherings receive prayer requests via e-mail and, throughout the week, individually lift up the needs of the church and surrounding community.

If you have a praise or concern about which you would like our congregation to pray, please visit the Need Prayers? page to learn how to submit your prayer request.

Stillspeaking Daily Devotional

The United Church of Christ provides a Stillspeaking Daily Devotional, which can be delivered to you via e-mail each day. To sign up, visit the United Church of Christ Stillspeaking Daily Devotional page.
