Who We Are

At St. Peter United Church of Christ, we are a faith community that believes God is still speaking, both to us and through us.

Our pastors, support staff and membership work together to discern and follow God’s will for our church, whether it be through the way we worship, pray, handle administrative duties, join in fellowship with one another or participate in our local community. Although our congregation is more than 100 years old, we understand that while God’s words and wisdom do not change, people do. Regardless of the ways in which we - as people - change, how God responds to us remains steadfast.

If you are a visitor, wondering who we are and what we believe, or are interested in learning about church membership, please also view the Visitors section of our website.

For a brief introduction to our church, which started as the German Evangelical Church in 1900 and became St. Peter United Church of Christ in 1957, watch the video that appears at the bottom of this page.
