ST. PETER UCC STUDENT PARKING

There are parking spaces available for high school students at St. Peter United Church of Christ for the 2010 spring semester. Presently we plan for a total of 75 spaces. The fee per space for the 2010 spring semester for students who are not (or whose parents are not) regular attendees of St. Peter United Church of Christ is $125.00; for those who are, the fee is $65. No requests will be taken by phone. All stickers have to be picked up from the church office. If you are interested, please follow these directions: Please send or take a full application (filled out and signed on both forms by all parties, along with a check and proof of comprehensive insurance coverage – see note below) to the church office. The two application forms are available at these website links: Applicant information and Parking Rules and Waiver. The church address is 47 Church Street, Lake Zurich, IL 60047. Stickers will be available on a first come first serve basis, between the hours of 8:30 AM to noon and 1 PM to 3 PM. Any refund requested for a sticker assigned under this rule but not used will be subject to a $15 processing deduction. Do not telephone the church. If there are spaces still available, we will assign a parking sticker to any applicants who present a full application on a first come, first serve basis during normal office hours at the church office. IMPORTANT NOTE: You are asked for proof of comprehensive insurance coverage in the application form. Since this coverage is not required by the State, it is not proven by an insurance ID card unless it is specifically listed on it. Proof of comprehensive insurance coverage can be provided by a copy of a page of your insurance policy showing the amount of comprehensive coverage, or by asking your insurance agent to send us proof, to the address shown in the instructions.
